Budget Fastbreak at MCO??

I've never rented a car with Budget before, but will be in August. I have Fastbreak, but am not at all sure how it works. Anyone out there that has done it before care to share the hows/whats with me?? Thanks a bunch.

Sign up for it online. They will send a card if I remember correctly. Then when you get the airport, you don't have to wait at the counter. You just go directly to Budget booth in the parking garage, and they will give you your keys!

Yep, I have the card...just wasn't sure where to go, what to do when I got to MCO. So, I just go right to the garage? I don't have to stop anyplace else? That's seems a bit too easy...my dh will never believe that!!!

Go right to the garage (A or B side) and get your car. All your rental preferences will be honored and you'll be on your way. I always rent from Budget at MCO. I usually have the keys in hand before our luggage hits the carousel. Then we just roll the bags to the car and head to WDW. Usually under an hour from landing to check-in at resort.

Thanks....we'll have our luggage with us. We will be returning to MCO, via DME from BWV, to continue our vacation with a DCL cruise. So, we're going back to MCO, and renting there since it was cheaper and it would seem that the route to port is through that area in the first place. This sounds like it's going to be very quick and painless...unlike my Alamo experience in Jan...granted most of that was my fault, but still...

Have things changed?

I am a fastbreak member. The last time I used it was 3-4 years ago.

Back then, if you reserved on line and put in your fastbreak number, there was no place to put any discount codes (that screen didn't come up).

Using the discount codes, I then had to call Budget to get my fastbreak number attached to the reservation.

And, the fastbreak line at the booth was pretty slow. I was fourth in line and waited for about 15 minutes.
