Hi all:
We have a new golf cart and I am going to tow it down with us. I have a cute little trailer for it but would like some sort of cover. What do you all do (those who bring their own)? Thanks.
Tricia

Are you talking about a cover to just keep it covered when your not using it ?

Drop the windshield down and tie it down, no cover, as tarps dont hold up well for 400 plus miles. At least they haven't for us.

I'm going to have to agree with MB. We don't plan on covering ours, I think it would act as a big sail.

Ok I was going to tell everyone one of our best kept secrets : We bought a golf cart back at the first of the year and wanted to keep it covered. We looked online for a golf cart cover and they were 100.00 easy. Well on the EZGo golf cart forurm a man was writing about a cover at Walmart, it's a green tarp for patio swings for 9.95, we went and bought one and it fits over our golf cart perfectly !! So if you need a cover for your golf cart go to Walmart and buy a patio swing cover for 9.95 you won't find a better fit or deal, it will protect it from the weather.

Terri, what forums are you talking about? I did a google and the only one I found was one at Buggies Unlimited. Is that the one?

Yes, yes that's the one, if you search their site you will see the cover I was talking about , great pictures !

I agree with the other posters to put the windshield down and go with it like that. We forgot to put the windshield down one trip and it cost us an extra 1/4 tank of gas on the extra car we took! It was a very expensive lesson.

If its a flip windshield it should just come off that would be the best idea remove it!!!!
