I was reading your post about Dancing programs and the name DANNY TERRIO pooped into my head---Who the heck is Danny Terrio--- Can some one help me with this senior moment-- Did he have a dance show???????????
Dance Fever!!! I think it was a competition, and Danny (or was it Denny) Terrio was the host...
I also wore those Chinese shoes....they were so flat! LOL
Also, khaki Dickie's and painter pants, India shirts, moccasins (mostly worn by the "heads" (short for pot heads I think!) in school), plaid shirts with ribbon ties at the collar, baseball shirts (white shirts with colored sleeves....I had several colors...), t-shirts with decals on them. We had kiosks in the mall where you could get them made. I had one that said "One wild and crazy Gal"...LOL
Anyone remember when Nike's became really popular? I was in 6th grade (hmmm...1979 I think). My parents wouldn't buy them for me. I wanted the white leather ones with the red swoosh. They were so cool!! And EVERYONE had them. I was so deprived!

YES!! I was in 7th grade when I got a grape purple pair of canvas Nikes. I was living on the edge with those purple shoes and had to build up lots of courage to wear them to school because colored tennis shoes were still really new.
Johnny Depp

It's on soapnet every day at 3pm and 4pm.
It was wonderful. The oldest ones are funny because they are sooooo cheesy sometimes. I'm not as dedicated as I was last summer though. I only watch them sometimes now. My mom and I watched the very first episode back in teh day and I watched every one, every week up until the last one. I would set the VCR if I wasn't home and we all know that setting the VCR took a rocket science degree! LMAO
. Kinda like "My So Called Life". I think those are two of the best shows ever. I think they both came out at the wrong time- when their main target audience was in college, not watching TV.
