Bread at Kona lunch?

Does Kona serve the wonderful pineapple bread at lunch or only at dinner? I can't get ressies for dinner, so I went ahead and booked lunch, but I really wanted the teriyaki steak and of course that's not on the lunch menu. I also want the bread, but I wasn't sure if they serve that at lunch or not. If not, I don't even think I'll go for lunch.

We do have breakfast ressies there so at least we'll get to go for that.

At Kona, they didnt have any bread when we went for lunch. I even asked, they brought me some saltines. She said that was all they had. We had a great dinner, and a not so good experience at lunch.
