Unless you paid for shipping the actual pass, you print out a voucher you can access via your account or email, and either use guest services or the kiosk to scan that voucher, and your pass will be printed out. I also show my printed voucher at the parking toll both, and they let me park for free at Sesame Place. Then I used the kiosk and printed out all our passes from the printed voucher. Easy. If you want your actual passes, I know they ship, but you have to pay a shipping fee, of I think 10 dollars or more.

We took our Super Grover vouchers to Busch Gardens and had them redeemed at Guest Services for our actual Super Grover pass.
