Can't say I ever knew.

So for anyone familiar with the Prudential Building in Boston, my father was a window washer there many years ago. He was one of the guys on the outside on the scaffolding and all that.

One year someone paid him extra to wear a Santa suit while he was out there and sure enough, he did. I know there was a picture of him in the newspaper and I believe an aerial photo from one of the helicopters was taken.

I've only lived here for 9 years so I wasn't familiar with a Boston Day, but hey, let's celebrate us!

lived here my whole life and didn’t know we had a “day”. Of course fittingly it’s snowing on our “day”. Relieved is not a whopper like the last storm!

I'm a Hudson Vallian. But I have family from there. I don't drink (I cook with beer though), but I plan to visit Boston in the future for sure. I would definitely be open to meeting Boston area Disboarders in the future. Also, I hope Bostonians and people from Massachusetts in general visit NYC and the Hudson Valley in the future if they haven't before. You'll get a warm welcome even if you are decked out in all Massachusetts sports apparel.

Although I moved south 35 years ago I still wear a Red Sox or Patriots cap most of the time and people tell me they recognize my accent. I guess it’s true that you can take the man out of Boston but you can’t take the Boston out of the man.
