Borrowing points

Disney is only allowing you to borrow 1/2 your points right now , does anyone know if that will change soon ?

No idea. Probably not for a bit. Otherwise, it would be very difficult for people to use up the backlog they generated in the last 2 years. I wouldn't assume it will start back until next year at the earliest; however, it could never return.
