Do most people book online or over the phone?

If you book online, can you enter discount codes or do you have to call to have them applied?

I do a lot of checking of rooms and prices on line, then I call and do the same, asking about the codes and discounts and promotions that are going on. I end up booking on the phone.

I just booked my trip for Sept and did my research online then called and booked direct with WDW. I was able to find prices and information, but talking to the WDW crew member helped give me even more information.

She talked to me about options, helpful tip on dining, and even set up a character picture to be in the room for my neice who is celebrating her birthday.

Do you have to add the MYW passes then or upon check in?

I'd probably opt for tickets and dining plan. I'd like the feeling of meals being paid for in advance. It's hard to get a good supper for $35/person let alone snacks and a counter meal with it as well.
