Booking 90+10 at Swan and Dolphin???

If i have my room booked at the WDW Swan, and bought my tickets elsewhere, meaning i don't have a Magic Your Way package through Disney, can i still book my ADR's 90 +10 days out? or will i have to book each one day by day??

It's not related to your tickets at all, but Swan/Dolphin guests do not get the
"+10" as far as I know - I think they used to, but don't any longer.

Hopefully someone else can confirm since I'm not 100% sure.

Swanphin is not elligible for the +10 ADRs.
