BOO! Flight rearranged YAY! 4 more hours!

Just had email from Expedia.
Our flight home on Ascension day has been rearranged

I hesitantly phoned the number (Obviously call centre in India)

Told that Air France had cancelled my flight back to Bristol but had been booked onto another SLIGHTLY later one- 4 hours later!!!!!! at 8.30pm

Am now feeling that we have another precious 4 hours in the parks! BUT a bit that I have to rearrange my shuttle transport etc etc
Plus the knock on effect of what that will do to DD2 (age 3) who will have to get up at 6.30am next morning as I have to work! hopefully she will sleep on plane and all way home in the car (I'll have to chug a couple of expressos!)

Think I may book SUPRISE Auberge lunch for our last day in case all of the princess queues have been too long......

Woo hoo!!! 4 more hours is definitely the perfect excuse for a meal at Auberge!

Just to follow up on this. RS transports have been AMAZING about the change of time and location of pick up and have happily resent email confirmations today (less than 24 hrs after my flights rearranged)

They are given the big from me for their service
especially as I have booked a SHARED shuttle, not a private one.

Plus they replied to emails in english (although I sent mine in french- Thanks Google)



I can't recommend them (so far) highly enough

will also sing RS Transports praises - our shuttle in November is €95 return CDG - DLP 2ad and 2ch. We have also booked a shared shuttle but in our previous 2 trips have not shared yet
