BoG Reservation 8:40am

Hi all, I got a reservation for BoG at 8:40am for 1/14 (was hoping for something closer to 8am). What time will be I be able to go in to the park, will they let me in even with those folks who have 8am reservations? Will I be able to go in to eat before 8:40am?
