Which would you choose and why?
I agree with the PPs, but I would also add that BCV seems a bit quieter, and parking is closer to the villas. It seems like there is more action at the BW resort; parking is a lot farther away too.

Parking is much easier at BCV. Parking can be horrific at BWV, especially around busy times at Epcot when everyone wants to park for free so they try to park at the BW.
BCV tends to be quieter, but BWV seems to be more right in the middle of the action (that BW View can be great if you like that).
BCV does have dedicated two bedroom villas with two queen beds in the second bedroom (only 25), but BWV has no dedicated two bedroom villas. They are all lock offs.
I'm not a fan of SAB or Luna Park. I prefer the quiet pools at both.
BCV has the Marketplace for limited counter service. BWV only has the Bakery and some very limited counter service at the resort. Sorry, I don't remember the name of the place at the BW (it's a bit closer to the Inn if I recall correctly).
BWV has the option of perferred and standard villas. BCV only has one option.
