Blockout dates!?!?

Geez, wish the April blockout dates would post. Arriving on the 22nd, using MEP and guest pass and need to book park reservations!

We arrive the 18th. Same deal. Actually bought 4 one day non-hoppers to use for Studios. I have some comps but saving for DL.

I am thinking about a trip in May and was surprised to see no Blockout past March were posted. I know it has been a couple years since I went to the parks but I thought they posted a couple months at a time.

I know what you mean. This is borderline ridiculous. I know that they cant exceed capacity, but right now you can only plan for two weeks? The calendar was the same at the beginning of March. I can understand that not all parks are available at a given time, but at least throw us a bone if not for Florida cast who can go with a day or two before, but for the rest of us who have to plan ahead at least a little bit more in advance.

I remember it ws always late around Easter. But I agree, the extra issue being that park reservations can't be made until they open up April. We arrive the 18th, and have meals booked in various parks on particular days. Who knows if we need to buy passes or cancel plans. But let's face it, they only think about the Florida cast with the calendar release.

I have never seen the block out calendar take so long to have other months on it. This seems so odd. There is only a week and half left of March!! My friend is going down end of April and is anxiously waiting too.

I am keeping an eye out as well. Really hoping they post it soon. I am freaking out about park admissions and it would be nice to see if any of my days down there will have MG availability before I buy tickets. But I am also thinking that maybe now that travel is opening up a little more, they are waiting to see if there is a spike in bookings, maybe that will help get more things opened in the parks AND get some more of the still furloughed cast members back to work.

Keeping my fingers crossed for all of you waiting!!! Hope you are all able to snag the park reservations you need. I thought the March calendar was late but April not being posted yet is absurd! The park was much more crowded than I thought (we went 3/1 to 3/8). We knew we weren't going to the park the full 8 days we were there but even booking the 4 parks was not easy as available days changed a bit.

One plus was they were not making you wear your mask being bites and sips. Once you sat down the masks could come off for you entire meal.

I think they are waiting for the last minute so that the paying guests get the dates they want. What’s left will go to us.

I am buying passes later today. I just can't wait, we are not local, and can't just not go to the parks on days we have meals booked and plans with friends (who are set with APs).

I was looking at the availability calendar for the rest of March, and even people with resort reservations can't get park reservations. April is getting booked up too. I'm afraid that unless you book a long time out this is going to be the case for everyone. No more spur of the moment trips. We booked a reservation for Oct and was able to use our Comp tickets at Epcot only. But that's okay, because that is where we want to go. I'm glad I hoarded my comp tickets to use.

I check every morning (and honestly, several times during the day when I think about it) thinking "SURELY it's up today - it has to be...." This is crazy!
I finally just booked our whole trip on comps last week because we couldn't risk park reservations filling up. We aren't local either! I'm still hoping on our arrival day that we might be able to get into Epcot with MEP for a dinner reservation though. I have the extra comps to use, but I guess I've reached my comp max because it won't let me make another park reservation on them, which is a bummer. So far, it's still available on the availability calendar

I don’t have enough comps for our trip so we are thinking maybe a water park day but too am hoping they release more soon. I am planning for May but would like to know my park reservations are set. Ugh, vacation planning stress, lol

I was on hold over an hour to buy the buy 4 day get 2 free offer. I gave up. I have 6 nights at Riviera on points. You can only have 5 different tickets per name on MDE, so THAT was an issue, my MEP is one, so can only attach 4 one day tickets along with that. So I will buy. DVC very hard to get on the phone. I will have to do it though, really blows my budget.

They are UP, nothing April 1-10, the rest to be determined.

I bought the 4 day with 2 days free today.

I was just coming here to say I just saw them as well. What the heck with the TBD? I've never seen that.
