We always buy our DDs Birkenstock sandals. I ran into Payless today to look at flip flops and notice some sandals that looked like Birkenstocks. I was so surprised when I noticed they were "Tulas" made by Birkenstocks. The footbed and soles look exactly like their Birks and they were only 19.99. Yeah! I love a bargain.

Starting April 15th Payless is having a sale- buy one get one free I was going to buy sandals there last weekend and I asked the clerk if there was a sale coming up soon... :cool1:

Thank you so much :Pinkbounc I just spent $60 for DD Birkenstocks. I went to payless & bought 7 pairs today for $165. Some of the styles were sold out online so I got what I could. I can not wear anything but a Birkenstock. My feet are bad. I did'nt know about the :earseek: sale. Can I go back with my reciet?

Hello I thought I would add that all of the sizes of the sandals are on sale for 19.99, and its Buy one get one Half off not buy one get one free!! That would be awesome, but too good to be true!!! Also I don't know if you know, but if you show them your AAA card, you also get an extra 10% off your purchase!! Happy shopping!!!

I just bought DD shoes there yesterday. It so figures.

I too saw the Birkies, but she didn't want them. :confused3 Eveyone else in the family has a pair.

I was just checking out the website and they are on sale for $14.99 today, along with the Buy One Get One Half Price Sale. I wondering if they will be on sale at the store too?

sneaker, so I usually buy a size 8 sandal (my foot is pretty narrow). Should I get an 8 or 8.5 in the Tula Birks?
Thanks!

I went and bought them for for me and my Mom! They are nice! My Mom has a wide foot, so I bought her an 8 and they fit with room to spare. You may want to go into the store and try them on. I know I sometimes will wear a 7, but with these shoes I had to buy a 6 1/2. :flower:

Are you sure they were BOGOF? I thought Payless usually does BOGO 1/2 off? :confused3 Free is much better :) I'll have to go check this out :flower:

They're buy one get one 1/2 off. Still a good deal. My pair was $19.99 and the 2nd pair came out to $9.99! :cool1:

So I could get a pair of the imitation Crocs and a pair of the cheaper birks for like $30? Sounds good to me

Do you by any chance know if the imitation Crocs come in anything other than the clogs?

Thanks for the info! I just ran out after I saw this (LOL) and bought me a pair of Tulas...

has anyone worn these before? Anyone have a review of how they compare to Birks???

I tried to buy shoes online and got all the way to putting in my credit card info and the only discount they showed was free shipping, not buy one get one 1/2 off. Everything I was buying was shoes... Does the discount come off when you submit the order???

Not sure if they are identical, but I have bought Betulas at Sam's for $40. They have been great. I wear them all the time at home. Really saves my feet and legs on the ceramic tile and hardwood floors. Can't imagine "real Birks" being that much better.

I am going to get some today.

Do you know if they sell the Tulas in toddler sizes? My ds wears a 6.5 and my dd wears a 9. thanks

I bought mine today and they were 19.99 but I got them half price buying my DS shoes at full price. They are birkenstocks. They had sizes for kids, my daughter wears a 13 and they had size 11, so they may have toddlers as well, however, i don't think I would want them for small children just learning to walk. It might not be good for their feet. JMHO.

Yes... I was there today. I know they had a 7.5 because I slipped a pair on DD's feet. She can't have open-toed shoes at daycare though. They were pretty cute!
