Today is our last day on vacation. Tomorrow mid-day it's "Bye Bye WDW".
It is always tough going back home.

Have a great OP night everyone! We went to Hollywood Studios today. It was great! Enjoying the resort now. I am going on a run around Bonnet Creek in the morning before we get ready to leave.

I would have to say the one thing I am doing today is realizing that what I am doing is really good for me.






But my salmon WAS pretty tasty


I guess exercise took care of that. I would snack all day and usually end up with 10 reeses mini cups by the time the day was over. 


BUT when I have them, I have far less of them and only on a couple nights a week like you do. I'm trying not to overload myself too much, so I'm in the process of finding WW foods that work for me (not necessarily WW-branded foods, but foods that keep me in my low point value for the day) and getting my training started for the ToT 10miler. My third weigh-in is tomorrow, so I'll let you all know how it goes!
