Biggest Loser "No Excuses" 2012 Team Challenge for Losers and Maintainers!!!

Okay, well the private message function is being weird. I tried sending my WI to DVCCruiser and I couldn't pull up her page to send one. So I just responded to an old post and put my new weight on that post.

My mums apple tart with lashings of custard at the start-no calories there:rotfl: Now I still love it but I have a much smaller slice and skip the custard plus I exercise for 30 mins to lessen the damage;)
I also asked my mum to make it a once a month treat rather than once a week so I could lose a few lbs and she was happy to support me:thumbsup2

That sounds really good! Good to hear how you found a way to enjoy your dessert and still stay on track! So nice to hear about your mom's support as well. :hug:

QOTD: Oh, well...if I have to admit. I was an unhealthy vegetarian and for dinner I would have an entire box of macaroni with maybe fries, or pizza. My portions were outrageous, I don't know how I didn't weigh more than I did. :rolleyes1 I guess exercise took care of that. I would snack all day and usually end up with 10 reeses mini cups by the time the day was over.

I woke up to another fabulous loss and right now I'm really just outstanding myself. I'm only 3.6 from my BL goal and 8.6 from my ultimate goal that I felt like I'd maintain. It's so crazy how 3 months can go by and I not even remember half the struggle and how I don't even realize how different I look because it's been so gradual. I have tried to lose weight like I did before but I didn't have the motivation or the knowledge. With everyone here and MFP it is so easy for me to see what I need to be doing. (Did that sound like an infomercial? :rotfl:) I guess what I'm saying is that I am so proud of myself. :banana:

OMG! That sounds EXACTLY how I used to do! I used to have it bad for a whole box of mac-n-cheese.

I have yet to try brown rice and silk almond milk, but I've heard from several people that it's really good. I'll have to make a point to try it soon.

Congrats on being so close to your goal! It's always an encouragement to us when we see others reaching the goals that they weren't able to reach before. We're so proud of you! Make sure to take some time to celebrate!! party:

Thanks for coaching this week, Ashley! We are also huge Dr. Who fans! My DH is actually wearing his Tardis shirt to work today! I got it for him for Christmas last year! Looking forward to the new season!

A slight gain for the week due to my overindulgences and lack of exercise last weekend! I'm ok with it since I did ti to myself and I am working hard to correct it!

Did 50 minutes on the elliptical this morning while watching Grey's Anatomy. I plan on another 50 this afternoon watching the new series Scandal. I likes last week's premiere episode. We're going out to dinner somewhere tonight so I need to compensate for that.

I picked up a new 24 week workout this morning at the Wellness Center. I couldn't get it on line and my supervisor knows how much I like to workout and I was looking for something new to try. I will let you know how it is. I'm going to bring it to work so I can read through the manual and figure out how to get started since I don't have 24 weeks. I may be able to do a few of the disks quickly since I should have some stamina to workout already! LOL!

Gotta get my tea as I have a headache coming on. Probably allergies but I had better nip it in the bud now before it gets worse!

TTFN :tigger:

Funny you mentioned Doctor Who cause I wore my 10th Doctor t-shirt to Wal-Mart this morning. :goodvibes

And awesome doing 50 minutes on the elliptical! I can only do about 15 minutes before I have to stop, so I look forward to the day when I can do 50.

Enjoy your tea and I hope it helps your headache!

This is a great question! I am a huge dessert fan, and feel like I must have something sweet, usually chocolate, after meals. (as in lunch AND dinner!!) But I have learned to work through it and now I try to only have one sweet a day--if any! That's huge for me. I've also tried to make it a smaller portion, just enough to satisfy my craving. Realistically I know I will never give up sweets, so I am really happy with my progress here. :woohoo:

That's great on controlling your portions!

Dessert for me use to be a huge bowl of ice cream. While I still love the stuff, I know eat some cinnamon sugar pita chips, or a frozen fruit bar or even just chew on those Desserts gums (my fav is the orange cream!).

I am hoping to turn my attitude around soon. The scale is not my friend lately, but I don't want that to stop me from trying. I love seeing everyone's results, but I will admit to jealousy when I see someone with a 5 pound weight loss - how nice that would be.

I was doing a little better when I was writing everything down. I need to go back to that. Also, do better when I plan ahead - I did ok this week, need to do better next week.

I love frozen fruit bars! And I do the Dessert gums too, but my fav is the Apple Pie. :cloud9:

Totally know how you feel with the weight jealousy... But keep on doing your best with exercising, writing everything down, etc. and you'll see those results. :thumbsup2

I have a serious sweet tooth. Before I got serious about this journey, it wasn't so much that I had a go-to dessert, it was that I never said no to dessert. Ever. Now when we eat out, I often skip dessert, only ordering it when I know it's something special that I can make work with my food plan. Our favorite restaurant serves this amazing dark chocolate torta palla, and that's my absolute go-to. But it's infrequent, so it feels like a big treat when I do get it.

At home, I have a bowl of strawberries and blueberries with Splenda or Truvia on top and then a VitaTop (one of the chocolate varieties). I wait and have it later in the evening, and it feels much more indulgent than it is!

Yesterday's C25K run - my first for 20 minutes straight - was awesome! I consciously kept my pace slow and steady, and I felt like I could have kept on going no problem when the 20 minutes were up. This bodes well for the rest of the program, which has a few interval days left and then gets into the 25-30 minute jogs. Time to register for a 5K!

Good job on the dessert choices! I love doing strawberries and truvia for dessert. :cloud9: And awesome to hear your progress with C25K! That 5K will be a piece of cake! :thumbsup2

OMG....I went to Walmart last night for tylenol and they had ALL the Easter candy on sale....KILLING ME!! I did walk right by, bought my tylenol, and had a small scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt when I got home. It was a close one....

WooHoo on passing the Easter candy sale! :woohoo: I know it had to be hard to pass by but you did it!

I don't think there was ONE food....it was many many many foods with sugar in them. Couple that with my gluten intolerance and I was eating so poorly all around. Now, I eat mostly the "outside aisles of the supermarket." More fruits and veggies, lean meats, and dairy. I still have ice cream but it's now frozen yogurt and I sometimes venture into the dark chocolate kisses. Still working on portions though...

Good job! And don't worry, portions will come in time. :goodvibes

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Annoying parent meeting this morning set a yucky tone for my day....and to top it off I forgot my breakfast :scared1:
So I am CRAN-KEE!!! I'm trying to head to lunch a little early so I can savor a little bite and fill myself with good stuff...even though I am ravenous! Heading for a bit glass of water after I post...hopefully it will help!
Heading out to my walk last night and did 2.4 miles and dropped my time by a minute! It felt really good...just as being back on track felt really good too! I weigh in a WW tomorrow morning...last weigh in was 3/3/12!! Soooo nervous that I gained a lot...I mean I know I gained but I am hoping for 5 pounds maximum....we'll see what happens!
:hug: for a good weigh-in at WW!
I used to always have a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast. I liked it, it was easy but it was a calorie buster and I was always hungry by mid-morning. Now I have an english muffin with egg. Far fewer calories and the protein really helps me to feel full most of the morning. :sunny:
I'm happy to report that I am down 2 pounds and back to my all time low. Now it is time to get into some new territory and see if I can snag that 70 pound clippie before the end of the challenge. :goodvibes
That is one thing I do miss; bagels with cream cheese... I do like eggs and english muffins though. :goodvibes
Awesome job on the weight loss! You'll get that 70 pound clippie before you know it! :thumbsup2
WHEW! All caught up!
Laid up in bed sick right now. Went with some friends to Raisin' Cane's last night. I didn't get any chicken, but I was low on calories so I got some texas toast and sweet tea; the first I've had since December. Well, let me just say after a restless night, two bouts of running to the bathroom and now a sour stomach and headache, I don't think I'll be doing Cane's again for a long time... :sick:
I think some lite mashed potatoes and a nap will be in order for this afternoon. Family's coming over to grill burgers tonight so I may try to get a quick workout in later if I can get to feeling better.
Have a good Friday everyone!
Food quotd:
Like a lot of people here, I pretty much eat the same stuff-- just less of it. Kind of a strange turn-- i don't crave sweets at all anymore, just salty-- probably a by product of working out. Also when you stop eating certain foods you do lose your taste for them. Ceviche has been a favorite for me lately. I make it at work and take it home a lot. here's the recipe:
2 1/2 lb.'s of roma tomatoes chopped
lg cucumber peeled
1 1/2 jalapeno
1/2 lg onion
bunch of cilantro
juice of 6 limes
2 1/2 lb. salad shrimp
1 1/4 lb. imitation crab flakes
1 1/2 cup clamato juice
1/4 t. salt
I did used to eat 2 bagels with cream cheese a day for breakfast now it's just one, with hummus that I mix sundried tomatoes or crushed garlic in. it's still a lot of calories though, I think I'll look in to lower calorie bagels. And maybe fat free cream cheese mixed with some smoked salmon.
Did a half hour on the elliptical yesterday, left the machine to go blow my nose, came back and someone was getting on it disregarding my water and locker key (and cough drops) so I let her have it-- then of course she didn't do it right-- didn't use her arms at all, which annoys me to no end--we have at least 6 machines that are stepper type machines which is all an elliptical is if you don't use the arms. So I did my arms and someone got off the other elliptical and I did a half hour on that one even though I don't like that one as much. Did a full work out on the weight machines--first time in 3 weeks. Decided to lay off the cough medicine all day for the first day in weeks, by 10 or so I needed it though-- I was tired of coughing. It did make a difference in my energy level though, even though I did doze off around 5 for a 1/2 hour after dinner. Figured out sometime during the evening it was Thu--not Friday lol so it helped motivate me to get up and do laundry, keep moving y'know and eat less for snacks. So I'm down a pound today yay!
Happy Friday 13th everyone! Hope the scale wasn't unlucky today! But we all know....there isn't much luck involved in weight loss.....just lots of hard work, will power and determination!
I worked today in a room without a computer so I wasn't able to say hi.... And I'm heading out again soon....so i will say bye for now! TTYL........P
So I made my barley salad today and had that for dinner. I did a quick calorie tally and then divided it by 7, it made 7-2 cup servings, and it comes out to exactly what I need for a main meal! YES!! So if I cut it back to 1 1/2 cups I can add my lite balsamic dressing to it and come out under goal. 1 1/2 cups is definitely plenty of food! I will be having this for lunch! I get cranberries, chicken, barley, corn and field greens in one meal.
Kinda blew it today at 5 guys but I hadn't used my snack calories so I'm just a smidge over my calories for the day but I plan to do at least an hour on the treadmill tonight to combat it.
Which leads me to my question. How many calories should I burn a day vs how many I consume? My target consumption for the day is 1337.
Ok i'm waiting to vacuum so I have a couple minutes to check in.
I'm coming up on the 1 year anniversary of my weight loss journey and this week I had my first gain in a year. And it was a whole 3 pounds!!! I have managed to lose or maintain for a whole year, and I know I've been REALLY slacking off lately so this was a wake up call. I am FINALLY approaching the weight/body type I want and the cruise is so close, I can't ruin it now!
So I'm officially back on the wagon. Went on a 4 mile run today, which was 1/4 mile run alternate with 1/4 mile walk for 4 miles, and some sprints at the end. The sprints felt nice, I haven't done ANY speed work since highschool track. It felt good, but my dog is def tired now and so are my legs! I told my mom I will just have salad for dinner, but now I'm craving more. Its the end of the night that always gets me. Maybe I will see what we have for veggies and do some grilled veggies with grilled chicken if we have any.
I'm light on homework this weekend so I used tonight to catch up on laaundry and cleaning my room, but no matter how much i do I'm never caught up. I'm also starting to pack for the cruise, mostly because my mom said we could go shopping tomorrow. I HATE packing!!!!
I was really cranky last night, but mostly cause I couldn't get to sleep. Hoping I will get to sleep tonight. Oh and I got all the classes I wanted for next semester! I hate that this is such a big deal haha! I also asked two professors for letters of reccomendation for the education program and they both said yes!
Allright, time to vacuum then see about dinner...maybe watch some more Rome (I'm rewatching the series)
Thanks for all the sweet comments, everyone. I'm quite happy!
I'm sure you will do mahhvelously!!
Good question! My favorite desserts are all still the same :rolleyes: BUT when I have them, I have far less of them and only on a couple nights a week like you do. I'm trying not to overload myself too much, so I'm in the process of finding WW foods that work for me (not necessarily WW-branded foods, but foods that keep me in my low point value for the day) and getting my training started for the ToT 10miler. My third weigh-in is tomorrow, so I'll let you all know how it goes!
I'm trying a couple WW recipes this weekend! The first is Mixed Berry Pancakes and the other is Feta and Egg Frittatas. They say both recipes freeze/reheat well, and I always run short of time in the morning, so hopefully this will help me stay on track. I'll let you know how they go!
Good luck on the weigh-in!!
OMG! That sounds EXACTLY how I used to do! I used to have it bad for a whole box of mac-n-cheese.
I'm glad I'm not the only one! I thought that was no big deal, but then I finally sucked it up and realized how crazy I was. And the thing is I could have the whole box and I don't think mac and cheese is filling AT ALL anymore. I hardly ever eat it anymore because I cut it into 3rds with broccoli and I'm still really hungry afterwards.
I think brown rice tastes better anyway. Almond milk is interesting, it's a little thicker than milk and I don't even think it gets as cold, but it is about half the cals of regular 2% milk.
Thanks!
Yuck, hope you are feeling better tonight!
Mmm. I didn't like the hummus I tried but hummus with sundried tomatoes and garlic sounds delicious.
That's crazy, and would probably really annoy me! Who gets on a machine with someone's things there? :confused3
Woohoo for down a pound!
Today was actually quite a nice and lucky day! True, that weight loss isn't luck! Hope you had a nice day.
So I made my barley salad today and had that for dinner. I did a quick calorie tally and then divided it by 7, it made 7-2 cup servings, and it comes out to exactly what I need for a main meal! YES!! Which leads me to my question. How many calories should I burn a day vs how many I consume? My target consumption for the day is 1337.
Well, my target is 1350 for a day. I usually have 1350-450. I burn around 150-300 calories a day when I exercise. It is interesting to me becuase others will be burning 500+ calories and I feel like I work hard! I possibly may be burning more than I think. I used to burn "400-700" sometimes when I was on the treadmill but I still lose the same only burning 160 a day.
So, from my experience my net calories are usually around 1150 a day. :goodvibes
GaRain-:hug: Totally understand about the jealousy. Hope this week is better!
Well, Friday the 13th was quite lucky for me and I had a nice day, I hope you all did as well!
Suggestion, especially you on weight watchers, I LOVE the green giant vegetable medley? I believe it is. It has sugar snap peas, roasted potatoes, and red pepper. It's a microwave meal and is 2 points on weight watchers. This stuff is delicious.
Thanks for the info Kayla. I'm trying to figure it all out but sometimes it's overwhelming. I just don't get it all!
**************************
Tonight I hit the treadmill, it was UGLY!!! LOL I hadn't realized that it's been almost a month since I've been on it, or at least logged it in my phone.
But I burned off lunch. I need to come up with a better plan if I'm going to attempt the full marathon in January.
I did an hour and got in 3.5 miles. I need a better pace, but I'll take it for now.
Brain is fried so I'm taking DD to bed, finishing up Grimm, and going to bed myself.
I'll see y'all in the morning!!
Really enjoyed hearing about all the changes everyone's made in response to my first QOTD! We're on the right track! :thumbsup2
Got a lot to do tomorrow and need to get to bed, but I wanted to come post the next QOTD before I did and I'll try to get replies in later on tomorrow.
One thing I've noticed about Disney characters is that usually our favorites are the ones we identify with the most or remind us of ourselves; be it Snow White looking for her Prince Charming, Ariel longing for a different world than the one she knows or Carl fulfilling a dream in remembrance of his wife. So my question of the day is...
QOTD Saturday, 4/14/12: Which Disney character reminds you the most of yourself and why?
I'll be back tomorrow with my answer and replies. Have a great weekend everyone!
I hate elliptical stalkers....how many times have I left my water, towel and ipod on the ellip to go get a papertowel to clean off the ellip and find someone on the machine!! Do they really want my dirty machine? Do you really think I would leave all my stuff and walk away? Geez crazy people!!
Well done Buffy! I know with WW points I don't "eat" my activity points...just let them accumulate. I guess that helps with my weight loss for the moment...
I have to combine 2 characters...I'm Belle White....searching for my Prince but a strong woman who is fearless and reads books. I'm also looking for a Prince who is amazing on the inside...not just the outside :love:
Good Saturday morning!! On the one day I can sleep in I am up at 6:30 with gas pains :( What the heck did I eat yesterday????
Watching a Murder She Wrote marathon on the Hallmark Channel and thinking about some GF pancakes for breakfast since I am still out of yogurt. Grocery shopping and laundry on the agenda today and maybe posting more on my pinterest boards! Anyone on pinterest that I can follow? My name on there is Vista110...come follow me!!!
Well, since I'm up I should be productive!!
I'll check back in later :)
I was not a happy Diser last night. I typed up a long post which included some good thinking and some questions for my GF BL friends and the "server was busy." :headache: The big question: Is soda GF? Are some? How you know?
I am still feeling quite sick to my stomach. I slept last night, but woke up after almost every dream. :mad: I was really thirsty when I woke up and have already had 24 oz of water and need more. I will get on that next.
I don't have much on my agenda for the day. My goal is to workout at least once between today and tomorrow.
Have a great, OP weekend everyone!
I am still feeling quite sick to my stomach. I slept last night, but woke up after almost every dream. :mad: I was really thirsty when I woke up and have already had 24 oz of water and need more. I will get on that next.
I don't have much on my agenda for the day. My goal is to workout at least once between today and tomorrow.
Have a great, OP weekend everyone!
I feel your pain! My dad, mom and I have had weird dreams all week and we've all been getting broken sleep. Not sure what the deal is but I wish it would stop.
I found this list that might get you started:
QOTD Saturday, 4/14/12: Which Disney character reminds you the most of yourself and why?
I'm going to have to go with a combination, too - Rapunzel and Ariel. Ariel almost purely for the singing part - singing is a huge part of my life, and I get such joy from it. Rapunzel because of the dogged pursuit of something once I get my mind set on it. I'm a bit OCD and a bit single-minded when it comes to pursuing something I feel is important. Good think I'm not locked in a tower dreaming about lanterns! ;) And, oh, Belle - I love to read! Hm, this is harder than I thought...
I've already done my C25K workout for today, so on to a full day with the family! DD7 is playing piano in front of people for the first time tonight. She's nervous but excited, and I'm so proud of her. :)
Happy weekend, everyone!
XO
Thanks for the info Kayla. I'm trying to figure it all out but sometimes it's overwhelming. I just don't get it all!
**************************
Tonight I hit the treadmill, it was UGLY!!! LOL I hadn't realized that it's been almost a month since I've been on it, or at least logged it in my phone.
But I burned off lunch. I need to come up with a better plan if I'm going to attempt the full marathon in January.
I did an hour and got in 3.5 miles. I need a better pace, but I'll take it for now.
Brain is fried so I'm taking DD to bed, finishing up Grimm, and going to bed myself.
I'll see y'all in the morning!!
No problem, it is a little confusing at first, but I've just been googling a lot of things or looking on the forums on MFP and it helps!
Ok i'm waiting to vacuum so I have a couple minutes to check in.
I'm coming up on the 1 year anniversary of my weight loss journey and this week I had my first gain in a year. And it was a whole 3 pounds!!! I have managed to lose or maintain for a whole year, and I know I've been REALLY slacking off lately so this was a wake up call. I am FINALLY approaching the weight/body type I want and the cruise is so close, I can't ruin it now!
So I'm officially back on the wagon. Went on a 4 mile run today, which was 1/4 mile run alternate with 1/4 mile walk for 4 miles, and some sprints at the end. The sprints felt nice, I haven't done ANY speed work since highschool track. It felt good, but my dog is def tired now and so are my legs! I told my mom I will just have salad for dinner, but now I'm craving more. Its the end of the night that always gets me. Maybe I will see what we have for veggies and do some grilled veggies with grilled chicken if we have any.
I'm light on homework this weekend so I used tonight to catch up on laaundry and cleaning my room, but no matter how much i do I'm never caught up. I'm also starting to pack for the cruise, mostly because my mom said we could go shopping tomorrow. I HATE packing!!!!
I was really cranky last night, but mostly cause I couldn't get to sleep. Hoping I will get to sleep tonight. Oh and I got all the classes I wanted for next semester! I hate that this is such a big deal haha! I also asked two professors for letters of reccomendation for the education program and they both said yes!
Allright, time to vacuum then see about dinner...maybe watch some more Rome (I'm rewatching the series)
Welcome back to the wagon! Awesome on the 4 mile run! And I hear you about the evenings. Once I know I've ate all my calories for the day, I seem to start getitng into a snacking mode and I must stop myself!
Yay for all your classes! I had to get up at 4:30 to enroll at 5AM Thursday. :sad2:
Really enjoyed hearing about all the changes everyone's made in response to my first QOTD! We're on the right track! :thumbsup2
Got a lot to do tomorrow and need to get to bed, but I wanted to come post the next QOTD before I did and I'll try to get replies in later on tomorrow.
One thing I've noticed about Disney characters is that usually our favorites are the ones we identify with the most or remind us of ourselves; be it Snow White looking for her Prince Charming, Ariel longing for a different world than the one she knows or Carl fulfilling a dream in remembrance of his wife. So my question of the day is...
QOTD Saturday, 4/14/12: Which Disney character reminds you the most of yourself and why?
I'll be back tomorrow with my answer and replies. Have a great weekend everyone!
Oh, good one. Hm. I've thought about it and I think I'm going to pick a mix of 3, and say Minnie, Woody, and Tiana. I'm extremely hardworking and I have incredible determination like Tiana. I like to cook and she really cares about her friends and family. She doesn't complain about anything (well until she's a frog, but who can blame her?) and always works to fix things. She isn't lazy. Woody is kind of that authority, I-know-what's-best figure and always tries to follow the rules. He's loyal to his friends and family but can be a bit stubborn like me. Minnie is just a sweetheart and loves everyone.
Good Saturday morning!! On the one day I can sleep in I am up at 6:30 with gas pains :( What the heck did I eat yesterday????
Watching a Murder She Wrote marathon on the Hallmark Channel and thinking about some GF pancakes for breakfast since I am still out of yogurt. Grocery shopping and laundry on the agenda today and maybe posting more on my pinterest boards! Anyone on pinterest that I can follow? My name on there is Vista110...come follow me!!!
Well, since I'm up I should be productive!!
I'll check back in later :)
I am following a couple of your boards!! My name is just Kayla and my last name, I have tons of pins on my fitness and disney boards!
Good luck to your DD, how exciting!!
Good morning. I've had more time lately, mostly because I'm a little bit procrastinating on a math review I've been working on. I just don't get math at all. Ugh. And my brain is all on vacation so I can't concentrate!
My friend and I are finally going to see the hunger games today, I'm really excited!! Haven't decided if today will be my off day for exercise or not. Got a little tired of my signature so mixed it up with some UP icons!
Hope you all have a healthy and happy day!
Kayla I just discovered the forums on MFP last night, but my mind was just whirling after my run so I'm going to look at it again today.
Hi everyone! This is my first post on the combined page :eek: I've been MIA due to moving (from MD to LA), 2 weeks vacation and then a week without internet, but boy does it feel good to be back!
I'm sad/happy to say that I "only" gained around 3lbs over the past month. Not too bad since we didn't eat "real" food for at least 3 1/2 weeks. It was funny though when I was finally able to get back into the kitchen all I wanted was a good salad! I was surprised at how much I had missed eating healthier. I am going to give myself a few days to get all caught up on what I missed, but I'm hoping to get back to being a "regular" on here!
Another one posting for the first time on the combined board. It's been a busy time, and I rarely get on to the DIS these days. Oh well. I continue to see-saw back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. Right now, I seem to be backing. I am off to prepare some veggies so that, maybe, I can forth ahead. :rotfl:
CC--I drink coke, cherry coke and dr. pepper with no problems. I do not drink diet sodas, so I drink soda sparingly. I only drink coke when I want some caffeine and I'm not in the mood for coffee.
As a general rule, anytime I eat or drink something new that is processed, I google it. Period. I then look for the most RECENT info on that product. There is a lot of out of date info when it comes to what is or isn't gluten free. :goodvibes I also check stuff that I eat frequently every couple of months to make sure it is still gluten free. It's a lot of work sometimes, but I am pretty sensitive and don't even tolerate somethings that are made in factories where wheat is present, so I like to make sure I know what I am eating.
Hi all,
Having a pretty good day. Tummy is a bit off but I'm drinking a lot of water to get through it.
Ash's team won the first game of the season 4-2. Izzie played well in her game at least what I saw. I had to run to work for an hour. Taking Izzie to a b'day party a few minutes from now and coming home to watch the Bruins game!
Breakfast for supper tonight that's why I just did 50 minutes on my elliptical!
Beautiful day here!
TTFN :tigger:
Going through DIS withdrawal!! LOL
Took the kids on their XC course yesterday, well mostly they took me, I've never been before.
walked/ran a bit. Was slow but my running time was faster then I thought at a 4.3 mph. GPS worked well, even in the woods so I now have the path in my phone. But I tweaked my knee on the treadmill the day before so I know that slowed me down, I probably could have run a little more.
Then we played tennis for a bit but because of the knee I was moving slowly.
