OMG....I went to
Walmart last night for tylenol and they had ALL the Easter candy on sale....KILLING ME!! I did walk right by, bought my tylenol, and had a small scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt when I got home. It was a close one....

I know it had to be hard to pass by but you did it!
I don't think there was ONE food....it was many many many foods with sugar in them. Couple that with my gluten intolerance and I was eating so poorly all around. Now, I eat mostly the "outside aisles of the supermarket." More fruits and veggies, lean meats, and dairy. I still have ice cream but it's now frozen yogurt and I sometimes venture into the dark chocolate kisses. Still working on portions though...
Good job! And don't worry, portions will come in time.

Annoying parent meeting this morning set a yucky tone for my day....and to top it off I forgot my breakfast
So I am CRAN-KEE!!! I'm trying to head to lunch a little early so I can savor a little bite and fill myself with good stuff...even though I am ravenous! Heading for a bit glass of water after I post...hopefully it will help!
Heading out to my walk last night and did 2.4 miles and dropped my time by a minute! It felt really good...just as being back on track felt really good too! I weigh in a WW tomorrow morning...last weigh in was 3/3/12!! Soooo nervous that I gained a lot...I mean I know I gained but I am hoping for 5 pounds maximum....we'll see what happens!
