I finally got to weighing in this morning and was down 1.8 since last week.
I know its just water weight but hope to stop the retaining.
I'm working on some posture exercise to see if it will help with my dizziness and stuff. As I can usually lay down and feel better. It just gets very old and I want my life back. Now I can't plan anything without anxiety over getting dizzy. I've managed to keep away from full blown panic attacks and can calm down using techniques but just want the dizziness to go away. I've realized my posture, especially during sitting, has gotten quite bad and know that it can cause breathing habits that can lead to those things too. Lately I've been getting dizzy in a sitting position. When I change or walk around it stops. So gonna work on some neck/posture exercises and see if I can work these things out.
At least while I wait and see what rheumatologist finds out or doesn't find out(rules out or whatnot). Ready to feel normal again. I want to be working full time and work towards goals I feel are too far out of reach at times. I know they aren't it just seems that way sometimes.
I'm heading to bed now trying to get back to a normal sleep schedule. I wasn't tired the past few nights when I went in to bed I just got wide awake for some reason. Took a melatonin and feeling sleepy so gonna work at getting on normal sleep pattern again. No more napping all morning into the afternoon.

to the secretary and her family. I've done that many times, taken a longer term assignment and then thought, "What have I done?!" You and your family will do just fine; you've gotten some great advice already.
I just slept for 9 hours!
I wish you restful sleep and peaceful Disney dreams!
I can NOT believe it. I have been a SAHM for the last 16+ years. I finally get a great job opportunity (even if it is temporary ) and what happens? I GET A FLIPPING JURY SUMMONS!
I am sure it won't be a big problem but still, I won't get paid and certainly would much rather be working then at the courthouse. And, while the "Jury Service Handbook" says to bring something to do like needlework they don't allow sewing or knitting needles in the courthouse.
If not, does the courthouse have Wi-Fi? Good luck!
