CC finally got a chance to look at the recipes you found-they're brilliant-definitely going to give some of them a tryThanks for all the effort you put into this

Glad you like them!

How are you feeling Tracy?
I love the "free" feeling of summer. We don't have to rush in the evenings to get ready for school the next day, so everyone can be outside playing or cooking out or even having mini-bonfires! I also love picnics with my family, and we do those all the time in the warmer weather. This summer I am particularily looking forward to relocating up to Michigan.![]()
Sounds great!

Whoo hoo!! Congratulations Trina and everyone else, including me!!Just what I need today. I have veered out of the wagon, just one of those busy weeks, boss bought lunch one day, cake the next and I was not strong. Mcdonalds night fundraiser for school, and yada yada yada. Last night I did get my buttocks back in the wagon, made a big salad for dinner and lunch today, hard boiled some eggs to have a high protein bkfast, and am feeling a little more in control. And the scale is only up .8 so I still stand a chance of a maintain at least this week.
Thank you CC. You are so sweet. I don't know how many times in a year I get back in the wagon, but it does fall with my motto, of NEVER GIVE UP!!
So here I am again, freshly back in the wagon, and ready to stay there. Again! I know I sound like a broken record, but it is what it is, and some times other things in life get the best of me, and I lose control and focus.
Youre welcome!
for a loss or maintain. I know you will never give up! My DD had the best day!:good vibes She loved the professor, enjoyed campus and even really liked the two classes she sat in on (architectural and constructional engineering). She's really thinking of heading that direction in her college choices now. Quite a bit different from music ed.... It will be interesting to see what path she takes in life. It is so fun to see the world laid out at their feet.....
I sat in on a 300 level Spanish class when I toured my college. I barely knew how to say hola, but I learned how wonderful the professors are so it was worth it. Glad she had a great day!

#1 having kids home!!!!!

But I do love cooking outdoors and getting to swim in the pool!!
BBQ can be very healthy food.

I wish you restful sleep and peaceful Disney dreams!

I can NOT believe it. I have been a SAHM for the last 16+ years. I finally get a great job opportunity (even if it is temporary ) and what happens? I GET A FLIPPING JURY SUMMONS!
I am sure it won't be a big problem but still, I won't get paid and certainly would much rather be working then at the courthouse. And, while the "Jury Service Handbook" says to bring something to do like needlework they don't allow sewing or knitting needles in the courthouse.

So I'm going to try to get up earlier to make sure I get a good breakfast.
so I tried a cough remedy involving apple cider vinegar, red pepper, honey and ginger-- so far surprisingly so good. I've been tracking all my food-if I do this 2 weeks I'll get in the habit and this week since all i've had going on is laying around watching movies and working sporadically-- I've been able to struggle through that. On my days off I've just been sleeping, watching tv and movies, reading, and all with my constant friend the humidifier. I did clean some one day simply so I have one room where there's not so much dust. I am feeling pretty disgusting right now and very impatient with the duration of this bug. I know I made it worse by working like I did the first week, but I also think if I hadn't been taking care of myself and all the vitamins and herbs I took may have helped with some symptoms. I guess it evened out.
