I made a smoothie this morning that was pretty yummy...
it's not an actual recipe... i just threw it together.
1 Kiwi
1 Banana
1/2 Mango
1/2 Apple
1 WW Vanilla Yogurt
and about a dozen ice cubes
I tried to figure out what the calorie count would be... I think the whole thing was around 320 calories?? I could be wrong though...
it made about 3 cups and had a milkshake texture to it...mmmmm

Now I have to try and make up for it with exercise.
I even got Cinderella's Royal Table!
I am so excited, I can't wait!
(unless walking 'round the grocery store counts!).
but I ate two whole foods cupcakes.
I am sure they were ridiculously high in calories, but at least they were organic!
