Are all the hotels under refurbishment this year?

Hi everyone! My husband and I were thinking of going to WDW this September and are about to book but almost every hotel says something about refurbishment? Are they all currently being worked on? Is there a post somewhere that shows a list of resorts and what is being worked on? I tried to search but I couldn't find it on here, but I might have missed it. Thank you so much!

I'm tempted to say yes, since it Does seem that way lol. The hotels, and the DVC (Disney Vacation Clubs) also have different schedules, but if you're looking in September Disney should show upcoming work on their booking site as the most accurate place to check. Even the resorts being refurbished will still have rooms available since the usually do things by floors, leaving the other available. You may even luck out and get a brand new room.

True! And I've stayed in rooms a week before refurbishment and they are still nice - even purposely stayed at Animal Kingdom before refurbishment since I enjoy the current furnishings.

Thank you for your help! I guess we will just stay at one of the ones being refurbished and hope for the best. I was just surprised it seemed like so many! It will still be magical though either way. Thanks again.

Pay attention to the dates on the refurbishment message for each hotel. They seem to list all currently scheduled refurbishments, even if none fall during the dates you're looking at.
