That shows you how much game play he puts into his team.

Don't you like how after the Black Team trained that they were postive about Jillian? I thought that was funny.

Even though Tara is a puking pain, I still like her. That girl is a hard worker. If you told her she had to build a house, she would probably do it!

Frankly I am glad yellow is split up. Aubrey and her teammate needed this, I think.

I was happy to see the sisters split up....the one team who truly NEEDED to be split up.
ETA: I forgot I was sad when they weren't split up.

I also like how one of the first things Jillian said was that Bob was going to flip out. She must have seen it before.

I think that those that embrass the new trainer's could see a huge loss this week. Anytime you mix something up you ususally get a good loss. If they wallow in sorrow, then it will hurt them in the end.

I thought Bob looked like a sore loser out there whining. Bob looks so skinny these days because he is now a vegetarian -He has also talked Jillian into veganism too (and she used to preach that you needed animal protein and veganism wasn't good for you).

How do you know this? Any good articles out there? I love to read about behind the scenes stuff!

Didn't someone say that they were casting contestants and trainers for upcoming seasons. Maybe Bob won't be around much longer? He does seem rather "done with" the whole thing.

I listen to the podcast of Jillian's radio show on KFI AM Week Ends Sunday, and she says she still eats fish, but other than that she follows a vegetarian diet. I really enjoy her podcast. She talks about Biggest Loser, but she talks about other diet and fitness stuff too.

Bye Bye Dane. I was somewhat surprised they didn't send Ron home but he's not much of a threat so I do understand that part but he is a hindrance when it comes to the challenges.

It looks like switching up the teams was good for everyone. They pulled some pretty big numbers this week.

Aubrey goofed it up! If she had voted for Ron, then it would have been a tie and Ron would have gone home because he had the lowest percent loss between the 2. I really can't stand her. And what was with her speach against Kristin????? Something like "I feel they have gotten what they can out of the ranch? I like Kristin, Can't stand Aubrey and that really ticked me off. SHe is so full of herself.

For the record, I do like Ron, but for the team, they needed Dane's numbers. Can't wait to see Aubrey go....

Yes I agree they sent the wrong person home. They are going to find themselves in those seats next week. Because the girls are not going to keep pulling high numbers.

I was surprised that Aubrey and her sister didn't vote the same way.

I'm sad to see Dane go, but if we're looking at who needs to be there the most I thnk they made the right decision. I love how everybody automatically looked to Ron, he was not the only who only lost 5 lbs this week. At least he has an excuse.

Anybody else hella impressed with Dane and that marathon? He's doing fantastic!

Aubrey might as well just thrown her vote in the trash. She knew that if she didn't vote for Ron, Dane was going home. So much for crying about it Miss. Little I don't want to make a choice. Um well she did & she might as well voted for Dane herself.

Has Ron really lost 81 pounds? I think that is great. I know he isn't putting huge numbers on the board but considering his problems, that isn't bad at all.
