Wondering if anyone can give some advice. We're heading to the world in a few days, and I know my DBF would love to do the Richard Petty Ride along. He is pooh sized, and I'm worried about him fitting into that suit they wear. (He's quite agile so I'm pretty sure he can fit into the window.) What sizes do the suits come in???

Thanks!

DH has driven twice and he is tall with a "husky" build. I think they have all sizes, that should not be a concern. If he was driving however, they do have to change out the steering wheel to fit the driver and the car.

I'm really glad that I read this post...I told my DH that for my 40th Birthday present I wanted to do this. I swear in another life I was a race car driver. I have always wanted to drive a race car but it's not something that women get into. Let alone that my father would never have let me do it. I live in upstate NY and we have a supermodified track here and when I was a kid I went every week. Reading about the Richard Petty experience has really gotten me excited about my birthday. I only have a year and a half to go!!!! Thanks for the post!!! :cool1:

My dad did it while we were in FL in Sept - He had to wait his turn for 2 women to go first! GO LADIES! Neither of their hubby went - they both agreed that the DW was a bigger fan than they were. It was a great experience for Dad - he is sick with terminal cancer and we gave it to him for father's day...He still talks about it to anyone who will listen! He also shows off the $65 plaque (biggest one they sell) he bought...a few weeks later my DH met King Richard and got an autographed picture for my Dad which he framed and hung right next to the plaque.
Next time we go - my DH is getting the ridealong as a gift from me ----his only hope is that he gets to ride in the Champs car----GO TONY GO!
