We are considering the Yacht Club this time-our firends love it. We are not going to do concierge. What are the best water view rooms and what are you seeing?

We were on the concierge floor and had room 5183. I would think the view would be the same in 4183 and so on except for perhaps some of the floors could be blocked by trees. Our room was directly over the back entrance just to the right if you're looking at the back of the hotel. Looking forward from the balcony was the "lighthouse" and pier where the boat docks. The Boardwalk was directly across and the lights at night from the docks and Boardwalk were breathtaking. You could also see the tower in France in Epcot, but not really too much of anything else in Epcot due to the left side of the hotel. I suppose if you were more to the left over the entrance you would be able to see more of Epcot. I was thrilled with our view though and it definitely added to the vacation. Hope this helps.

We had a waterview once. I really didnt want it because we are rarely in the room but its the only thing they had available. And let me tell you the view was fantastic, when we looked out the window. We were on the 1st floor and looked directly across at the boardwalk. It was pretty all lit up at night. We had a small patio which had cigarette butts all on it yuck. I was upset since my ds has asthma. Thought it was a non smoking room, the room itself did not smell like smoke. The only problem was our room was so far down the end, almost near the end of the resort. Too much walking when you have 3 kids with you after a long day in the parks.

2161!!! Beautiful view of the lake, marina and Boardwalk and just up the lobby steps, round the corner and down a short hallway. The elevators are also right there.

This room was literally in the perfect location, it was VERY quiet but also right next to everything. Plus we could also see the Epcot fireworks!

The room was big, it had a daybed, 2 queen beds, desk with a pull out table, a great Mickey lamp and a large balcony.

When DH checked us in he asked the CM for the perfect water view( really just joking around) and we got it!
