Best Scooter Rental

I am torn between Apple Scooter, Randy's Mobility and Walker Mobility. Although, Walker Mobility gains major points being waterproof. I leave Monday! Any advice/reviews are appreciated!

I have used Randy's now for 2 WDW trips & 1 Universal trip. The ECVs are well used& I think some people are put off cause Randy's ECVs are not as spiffy & shiny. But, Randy takes careful care of his equipment. The rentals I've had have consistently run well, all day. He delivers & picks up on time. Very friendly. Reasonably priced.

Would it last if the famous afternoon thunderstorm hit? I suppose I can ask them what to do in that situation.

You need to cover at least the steering column. I put a shower cap over it. Also, my rain poncho covers me & the ECV. And I try to treat the machinery w/ respect & not plow thru puddles or drive off curbs, & I've not had a problem.

I hope this puts your mind at ease. We have rented from Randy's Mobility in the past. Alwasy been happy. Got caught once in a nasty downpour. I placed a bag over the steering column and had no problems. Once we got back to our resort I just wiped the scooter down and it ran like a charm that evening. Randy's has alwasy been very willing to adjust times if need be.
