There are 2 decent touring plans I know of Orlando Informer has free touring plans and Touring Plans has paid touring plans (A subscription to Touring Plans Universal is about $5 especially with a discount code from somewhere like mousesavers).
Most of the touring plans I've seen for the parks don't have you starting in the WWOHP unless you have Early Entry to the park for the day. In general, everyone rushes the HP areas first and I've seen online where the linest lines for Gringotts have been shortly after rope drop. You seem to be better off hitting it an hour or 2 after the park opens or waiting until late in the evening (Both areas are beautiful all lit up). They normally suggest hitting other attraction that will have longer waits later in the day first before heading to WWOHP.
