Best Days for Certain Parks?

Does anyone know if there are better days to go to specific parks? I am planning our trip for this summer and want to make dining reserv. I remember reading a long time ago that there were certain days that were better to go to certain parks - less crowded. Does anyone have that info? Thanks

I'm not a big believer in planning this much. I go more by what parks have EMH that morning/night than by historical data. That is, I try to avoid EMH parks on the days they have them.
