We're planning our stay for December and I have never stayed on a Conceirge Level in any resort. We always stay at Deluxe resorts, typically in Deluxe rooms. I actually didn't even know Conceirge existed until I became a DISBoards member. I always read how great it is, but the only benefits that have been listed are the food that is offered and the CM's make your PS arrangements. These to things, while great, don't do much for me. Maybe if I actually saw what was offered it would sway me to join the club? Can some of you Conceirge vets post some of your best pics so I can honestly decide whether or not to book the rooms. Thanks!! ::MickeyMo

www.allearsnet.com has some good photos, but the best I've found is over at www.ourlaughingplace.com . Just click the hotels link and then you can go through each deluxe resort. Most have 360 degree views in addition to the pictures.

The rooms are going to be basically the same, it's just the addition of on site staff and the lounge which may be different. Otherwise, it's not a lot of tangibles, just a higher level of service. There was a nice press release put out recently by Disney that I think describes concierge service very well. If you want to read it, here's the link, Concierge Press Release .

Tammi-

Thanks for the websites, especially our laughing place. I read that at AKL, our 1st resort choice at WDW, the chef's from the resort restaurants do African cooking demontrations in the lounge. Love that!! We just might go ahead and book the Conceirge and give it a shot!

I still though would like to see other DISers pics, if it's not too much trouble! ::MickeyMo

The press release mentioned a new Albatross Pirate Cruise. Does anyone have any additional info on this? My son loves pirates!

Drat! The release said that it was for children of all ages. Our son is 3, which is why we have not book the Pirate Cruise at the GF. Guess we will have to wait to next year.

Thanks for such a quick answer!

Not that you need it, but it's always good to have an excuse to go back to Disney.
