I've stayed at both of the Days Inns and liked both. They are very basic, but in both the rooms were clean (if a little worn, and with old TV's), and the staff was great. For the price, I thought they were amazing. The only possible drawback is that the free shuttle only goes to the parks twice a day (in the morning for rope drop and at lunch), and returns three times a day (at about 5, then at 10 or 11. Times may be different now.) I figured that even if I had to take a couple taxi rides it was worth the difference in price from staying on property. I was able to make it work using the shuttle. I like that the rooms all have refrigerator and microwave. One of them is walking distance (like a 15 min walk) to Universal, which was nice when I wanted to check out Harry Potter (loved Universal, by the way.)
