DW is gonna knock a few of them off today after work, hope to get a few more don tomorrow.


One year I wanted till 12:00 on Christmas eve to start.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hasn't finished my shopping. I have very few people to buy for...just my parents, nieces, and nephew. My husband and I aren't exchanging gifts this year.

I just found out last night that we're going to visit my brother, sister-in-law and nephew this weekend (they live two hours away)...so I need to buy my nephews gifts TODAY. I hate shopping at the last minute. I should have shopped a month or two ago before the stores got so crowded. How come there are so many people shopping in the middle of the day...don't they have jobs?!?

yay! it's friday....thank goodness. but, i have a busy weekend ahead of me.

that's great that the girls will be on winter break after today and then a short week for you next week with a week off after that! I only get dec 24th & 25th off for xmas and then dec 31st and jan 1st off for new years....not long enough! I even considered taking a quick trip to WDW for new years but that's a no go. A 4 day trip for new years is $200 more expensive than our 7 day Sept trip!

Today i am going with a group of 40 second graders (5 out of each class) to the local nursing homes, hospital retirement center and banks to watch them carol. Why???? you ask? Because my Tyler was chosen and oh yes
Tyler also made the final cut for the Oral Reading UIL team Wed!!!!! This from a kid that could only read FIVE words at the beginning of last year!!!!!
So I will not be on here today and will probably get pushed back to number fifteen or something. Oh Well~!!!
Todays the day i will probably be begging for time out!!
