Today i am going with a group of 40 second graders (5 out of each class) to the local nursing homes, hospital retirement center and banks to watch them carol. Why???? you ask? Because my Tyler was chosen and oh yes
Tyler also made the final cut for the Oral Reading UIL team Wed!!!!! This from a kid that could only read FIVE words at the beginning of last year!!!!!
So I will not be on here today and will probably get pushed back to number fifteen or something. Oh Well~!!!
Todays the day i will probably be begging for time out!!

The dark side is a secret club Dan, it's a place where we can all go when we have to discuss something that is not DIS friendly. It's called messaging. Okay, so I still have to work but just 2 days next week and then I have the next week off!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who hasn't finished my shopping. I have very few people to buy for...just my parents, nieces, and nephew. My husband and I aren't exchanging gifts this year.

I just found out last night that we're going to visit my brother, sister-in-law and nephew this weekend (they live two hours away)...so I need to buy my nephews gifts TODAY. I hate shopping at the last minute. I should have shopped a month or two ago before the stores got so crowded. How come there are so many people shopping in the middle of the day...don't they have jobs?!?

I hate having to rush out and buy gifts last minute also. Sorry you have to do that. You'll have a good visit and itwill all be worthwhile then.

Apparently those people dont have jobs, lol, or they all took vacation to be out there in your way while you are shopping.
