Beepermd fail, Uber to Walgreens

I booked a Beepermd appointment weeks ago. The day before testing I had not recieved anything from them so I did a live chat. They confirmed appt and immediately sent out the questionnaire.
The next day after our 2 hour window closed I went back to live chat. Sorry for the inconvenience, you have been canceled was their response to my inquiry. I rebooked for the next morning because the window still worked for us. Surely, this won't happen twice right? I couldn't find immediate appts at other places either.
Long story short - screwed over again. We moved our flights back 2 days and booked at a Walgreens near Universal. We also had to move hotels because availability was scarce and pricey at last minute.
We scheduled Uber and there was a button for covid drive thru appointments. Easy process and we are now awaiting results. The pharmacist said it should only be a couple hours.
We are back in February and will not even consider this company. I usually have a plan B but I did not this time and paid the price. Silver lining is 2 more days under a palm tree recovering from a whirl wind Disney adventure. Not horrible lol.

Oof. It's really too bad how quickly this service seems to have tanked. We're not even in the "busy" holiday season yet.

I just signed up for aeroplan and I’m going to keep trying for the switch health tests. This is just too stressful.

Hopefully I can snag some tests and then I’ll book something else as a back up as well.

Early on I was sceptical because their facebook reviews were horrible and filled with no shows. I mentioned it a few times in earlier posts. They removed all their reviews. I used them in mid September without issue but still had a walgreens appointment booked as backup
