Just got back from a week at WDW. First 5 nights were in a studio at BCV. WOW! Not much more I can say. We loved every part of BCV. The relaxed atmosphere, the calm colours of the decor, the leisurely walk to Epcot. Walking to the Boardwalk at night. And of course SAB.
We were in studio 461. This one has a huge extended balcony and we watched Illuminations from there 2 nights. Of course you can't see what's on the water but you get a great view of the fireworks. Our room was in fantastic condition. I am no the type to get on my hands and knees to examine for furniture chips but everything to me looked great. The Hallway and other common areas were in great shape too.
SAB report: In the mornings they were checking room cards and issuing wristbands. The pool was never even remotely crowded. We had no problem finding chairs in whichever location we wanted. A couple of afternoons we didn't come down to the pool until after 4 and at that point there was no one checking room keys and the pool at that point was maybe 1/4 used. Our 3 month old loved the pool. I can't wait to bring him back when he is a bit older.
We had one lunch take out from the Marketplace. A roast beef and brie sandwich which was very good. With the meal plan you also got a drink, choice of chips and fruit or a cookie.
I would be happy to answer any questions I can.
