Your own wedding will be here before you know it!!! Can't wait to read more! popcorn::

I love the change in your arrival night plans! :thumbsup2 I so hope you're able to get the savannah view - you will love it! What a great way to start the Disneymoon!

OMG you must be so excited for your wedding.. it's sooo soon! :lovestruc
lol I always daydreamed about getting engaged in a Disney park... but then the way DF proposed was just perfect - hiding the ring with that teddybear on Christmas morning! :cloud9: ... and now we get to spend a whole two weeks in the 'magic' for our honeymoon - which I cannot wait for! sometimes I get so wrapped up in thinking about the honeymoon, I forget there'll be a wedding before!

30C not F :)

Same as Florida, nearly.

I know! :rotfl2: But when things are presented to me in C, I have no concept of what is the line between cold and hot! :sad2:

This is how it is to me:
below 20's----ice age
20's ----- really cold
30's----cold, but not awful with a fur coat
40's----pretty chilly
50's----cool, but not so bad
60's----darned comfortable
70's----extremely pleasant
80-85 nice and warm
85-90-- hot
95 and up---- freakin' hot, get in the pool fast!!

Great idea about staying at Kidani! It's a great way to sample a new resort without "wasting" (you know what I mean!) a vacation by staying somewhere that's pretty inconvenient for you.

OH WOW! Princess and the Frog just came out there?!! I would die---it is my all time favorite  Glad you can watch it a lot now!

I know, I couldn't wait to see the movie again!! I really think it's an instant Disney classic.. it has it all; great story, animation, characters & the music is wonderful! I have the soundtrack cd and piano book :cutie:

Only 2.5 weeks to wait until Toy Story 3 comes out at the cinema over here now.. I cannot wait!

Hi Sarah! Thank you for 'finding' this and reading along! It's really helping me keep my wedding & Disneymoon thoughts together... and the NYC/WDW trip too! :woohoo:

thought I'd share a little something I've been working on for the December trip..

a Disney top!

I buy these cross-stitch kits from a craft shop, they have soluble canvas so you can stitch onto fabric, then it dissolves away in warm water!...

I bought a cheap pink vest top (about £3 ($5) from Sainsburys!) .. and a kit of a famous Disney cat..

Half way through stitching..

Completed..

Dissolved canvas.. finished top!

Hoping to wear it in December with denim shorts/jeans.. depending on the Floridian weather! :thumbsup2

If anyone likes cross-stitch, I really recommend these.. quite easy to follow & it's a fun thing to do while waiting for a trip (especially when DF has had football on tv every night watching the world cup!)

oooh I love it!! so cute. :cutie: I do alot of crafts, including sewing... and I think I'm at my craft limit. I can't learn a new one. But my sister does counted cross stitch. Maybe I can get her to do one for me. She is quite good.

Emma - I've got one of those marie kits and do you know it never crossed my mind to sew it on a top of mine!!! I have to go to our local craft shop today as they have Disney scrapbooks reduced to £12 and unwanted to get Amber one so I'm going to get some more cross stitch kits! I'm going to put some on mine and ambers vest tops!! Thanks for reminding me about it xx

Oh wow thats so cute and even cooler that you can transfer it onto clothing :)

Me again!! I am finally caught up! Don't worry I'll blame you when Dad tells me off for being late for work!

Your plans are amazing - it really got me thinking about our wedding back in 2004. I loved the planning for it. I was so meticulous to detail just like you are. Its funny we made some rock favours for a couple this week and they had Mickey and Minnie on the insert tickets - it was really cute! I didn't go that far - I had handbag boxes with chocolates inside and pink wrapped foil chocolate hearts for the men - handy when you own a chocolate business - one less expense! I had a pink and hearts theme. I really should upload some of our wedding photos onto Facebook. I will let you know if I do.

I love butterflies though. Those and all the diamantes on your save the date cards were beautiful!

Your ADR plans for December look great. You will love the Poly - we stayed there in 2007 for 2 weeks (the nightmare in-law trip!) We went to Kona and loved it - this trip we are doing Kona again and Ohana.

Sara I hope you do get to do the Marie sewing kit! I really like being able to make some 'personalised' Disney clothes for holidays to WDW!

Last year I did a white vest top with Cinderella..

and blue top with Nemo...

I did a classic Mickey & Winnie the Pooh for DF's sisters (part of their 'disney eve' boxes I made for our trip last summer!)

I still have a snow white one.. not sure what colour top to sew it on to?!

as some of you probably already know, I really enjoy listening to Disney podcasts.. I have them on in the car while I'm driving to work, and when I'm in the kitchen cooking meals!

Anyway.. one of my all time favourites, All About The Mouse, ended quite suddenly last week :guilty: the two presenters, Bryan & Jonathan, realised they had too many other commitments in their lives to dedicate enough time to producing the show each week.
It seems like a trivial thing, but it was really sad for me! I've listened to the show for over three years, every Monday morning on my way to work! my sister and I also met Bryan in WDW last December and he was the nicest guy!

The last episode was a 'live' show that was broadcast last Wednesday.. I decided to send a message in to the show to say 'thank you' for all their hardwork... and they played it on the show!! :goodvibes
So, you can hear me (english accent sounds weird among all the american voices!) and me playing 'We Go On' (illuminations) on the piano!

Link is here- scroll down to episode 168, about 49 minutes in!

Those stitches are really cool, love the Cinderella one :)

Awesome that you were on the podcast :thumbsup2
