Has anyone done Mario Kart at both Hollywood and Orlando? Were they similar? I ask because I went on the one in Hollywood and was... underwhelmed. Not sure why everyone wants to rush to it at rope drop.

Just so I don't come off as a crank: I will say the Super Nintendo World was a very fun area. Lots to look at, Easter eggs to find, etc.

It's the same exact ride. I say this as someone who is a huge Nintendo fan and had been very excited about this, still like the ride, but the complaints are fair. Significantly different from what people expected out of a Mario Kart ride (and really how Universal first advertised it in concept art):

Don't worry you're not the only one. I did the Hollywood one earlier this year and felt the same. I liked the theming in general in the ride and the land but the ride itself was a bit meh. For me the kind of ride I'd have no interest in going on more than once.
