Whats the best temp/way to cook this in the oven, so, its moist and not dry? I have covered them in Zesty Italian dressing to marinate.

I do my breasts (boneless) at 350 for about 30-40 minutes. I always cut one to make sure they're done.

I cut all boneless chicken breasts into strips. They cook faster (about 10-15 minutes), are easier to not overcook, get more flavor coverage and the best part.....we always eat less. If I have four chicken breasts, my family of four will sit down and eat them. If I cut them into strips, we end up with one or two portions left over.

I always bake them at 350 for about 40-50 minutes (but I tend to like my meat dry-ish). You could also sprinkle some parmesan cheese over them before baking. Or, mix the parmesan with some bread crumbs and coat the breasts with the mixture before baking.

I also cut & pan fry if I have to do them inside. Generally however we cook them on the grill outside.

Good heavens. Sounds like you are eating chicken dust! LOL.

Get a meat and poultry thermometer. It's the only true way to know when the food is done.

I don't think I've ever needed more than 20 minutes to get a boneless breast cooked to temperature!

Leave them in the dressing and bake them at 350 for 25 mins!

We cover chicken with all types of dressing - Catalina, Italian, etc. and it always comes out so moist and flavorful. :thumbsup2

Like I said, I like them dry-ish, but still tender. Around 45 does the trick for me. Now if they breasts are smaller and I don't coat them, usually they're done in about 35 or 40 minutes.

I bake them in a pan with enough liquid to come up half way ot the chicken breasts....I use....

italian dressing
lemon juice (lots)
capers
red bell pepper
canned artichoke hearts

this makes the chicken sooo tender and a yummy flavor...I serve over pasta

I coat the chicken with mayo then dredge it through whole wheat breadcrumbs. Bake 350 for about 40 minutes. Moist and tasty.
