Baby's first haircut?

I have heard that there is a barber shop in MK that is a neat place to get that first haircut. Has anyone done that? Thanks. aw:

DD and DS both had their first haircuts at the Main Street Barber Shop on our last family trip. It's a wonderful experience! The kids will receive a certificate and "1st Haircut" mouse ears. There's lots of bubble blowing and stickers to be had, and the kids both had a ball. DD was 5 at the time, and DS was 15 months. The haircuts were $14/child and worth every penny...and then some. Make sure you arrive early or there might be quite a line.

My DS had his first haircut in the Magic Kingdom this past October. It was great and very reasonably priced AND he got a pair of Mickey ears that say "First Haircut" and a certificate that we are going to have framed.

Our daughter will be 14 months her first trip this summer I am sooo excited about doing this!!!! The boys were 3 and 4 yrs old on their first trips so this was not something that we ever did with them. They will be 16 and turning 14 on this summers trip ....no way they will get in that chair now.

The Barbershop is just to the left of the Emporium, across the street from the fire station shop. My 5 1/2 yo ds got his hair cut there when the park opened on Christmas Eve. Make sure to budget some time for this as there always seems to be a wait. Adults, as well as children, frequent the Main Street Barbershop. Be forewarned about opting for the colored gel. We had a hard time getting it washed out. It took a couple of days to get it all.

What time does the barber shop open? We have 8:05 breakfast ressie's so hopefully we could get there before the line up hits.
