Hi everyone. I have been experiencing difficulty getting on the DIS Board. My computer is fine, but the modem is an issue. It's ridiculously slow at times and I have to unplug and plug the thing back in to get it going. My son is having the same trouble while using his laptop. At times you click on something and wait and wait and it never loads. Other times the speed isn't bad. I now have a smart phone and I can't even connect to my internet. I get a message saying the connection is too slow. Frustrating.

Are you using a router? If so how old is it? Router's need updating and programs go out of date. Check with the provider when you can as that may be a big issue as well.

It was 2 this morning. 2!!! I am over this winter. I need spring. 53 in the warmer part of the house. Now it's up to 57.

We finally have a company that has the router installed in their modem. I kept having to call the router company to update the router. It is much easier to buy a new one than do that. They usually start acting up around the 1 year old mark.
