BA allowed me to take an e voucher refund in respect of my March 2021 flights, which I received within minutes of the telephone conversation (0800727800) and then apply the e voucher and the Black Friday sale code (20% with ‘BASpecial’) to the exact same flights/date/time etc. A saving of £800! Worth everyone checking. Good luck!
