B.O.G. Lunch FastPass - July 2014???

We will be at WDW from July 10-19. I was wondering if anyone who will be there during the same time has been able to get a FastPass for Be Our Guest (Lunch) for any dates in July yet.

We are going July 11-20 and they have not become available yet. I have been checking pretty regularly for a BOG FP and FOTLK FP for a few weeks.
