Been a while since I updated. I had a busy weekend, trying to walk more even with a torn MCL and torn medial and lateral menisci. I see ortho tomorrow...hoping for good news. But for now, I will just keep plugging away.

Confession: Stitches Great Escape may be my least favorite Disney ride of all time.

I don't think you are the only one who feels that way. ;) Hard to think something would top the ride for being bad but that TP'd castle might be a it. :rotfl2:

10 minutes of walking yesterday brings me to 568/1000. Going to have to do my runs in the mornings because it is just too dang hot to run with running group in the high 90's and low 100's -- takes the fun out of running. :sunny:
 
Last couple of days I haven't done much but today my son decided to join me on my hike. I was planning on my usual route which I know how long it takes but he told me he would show me a new trail. I didn't time my hike but was wearing my fitbit. Over 10000 steps for it. I know I was gone for at least 90 minutes, Probably longer but I will claim the 90.

Most of the time if I don't time myself (which happens a lot when I go for walks), I use the "active minutes" from my Fitbit. I don't know how accurate it is,but it's better than nothing!

Good Morning, and Happy "Wacky :jester: Wednesday"! - Remember to get out there and play with the kids today! (Or just share those amusing stories of what made your exercise fun/weird/interesting/etc.)

I have a whopping 15 minutes (TV routine) to report for yesterday, so my new total is 195/620 - about 10 minutes shy of my target for this point, but definitely not unrecoverable.

Finally got some decent exercise in last night! Worked on Couch to 5k...getting into the harder weeks, but I actually got a bit of a runner's high at the end, which was awesome. Never did that! It was supposed to be 30 minutes, but took us an extra 10 just to walk home. So that was 40 min!
