I've never seen Pollyanna, so ... my answer is that I think I need to add "Pollyanna" to my "movies I need to watch" list.

Jimmy Bean! and he was adopted by an older cranky gentleman, who is reclusive. I think I remember his name. He is awakened to being happy by Pollyanna by appreciating what he has and sharing with others. Prisms from his home are taken to cheer up REALLY cantankerous Mrs. Snow. Played by Agnes Moorehead (Endora from bewitched) jimmy Bean was in Swiss Family Robinson as well. Aunt is played by Jane Wymen, Karl Malden played the reverand who had sermons dictated by Pollyanna's aunt as she wielded her power over the community. Thankfully a former Beau breaks her icy disposition and they fall back in love. Great Movie! Hayley Mills is adorable. Fun to see actors when they were younger.

So definitely didn't do much this weekend, with some friends over but we took a nice 15 minute walk! I'm so close to 25%! At 245/1000.

My oldest is training for a marathon and was scheduled to do a 10-miler today and just didn't have the motivation/inspiration get-up-and-go needed to want put one foot infront of the other. So...I offered to go and keep her company.

Keep in mind that my longest run this summer has been last weekend's 10K. going from 6 miles to 10 was a bit brutal but we got it done and she was pretty grateful at the end.

I also got in a short walk later in the afternoon.
