My brother and his family are wanting to visit US and IOA on New Year's Eve. Has anyone ever known of either park to reach maximum capacity early in the day like some of the WDW parks? They will be driving in that day and may not get there very early in the morning. Thanks in advance for your input!

The parks have never reached Maximum Capacity, but have been veeerrrrryyyyy full on NYE. I'm talking 30,000+ in IOA and 35,000+ in USF.
