I want to thank all of you for your advice. You have made my decision easier to get the ECV for our trip.

I will still be taking my crutches. How or what is the best way to attach them to the ECV? It was recommended that I use a bungee cord to attach the crutches.

How do I attach the crutches to the ECV and what size cords do I purchase? Please let me know your ideas.

I think most ECVs have a clip on the back of the seat for a cane. That might work, especially if there is a clip on both sides.

However, what will work is stand the crutches up vertically on the floor of the ECV and run the bungee cord around th seatback to hold the crutches against the seat.

I just got some good news. I spoke with Walker Mobilty yesterday and for an additional flat fee of $10 they can provide me with a crutch holder that attaches to the back of the ECV.

Thank you for letting us know that Walker can supply a crutches holder for the ECV. One never knows when it might be needed :). Enjoy your trip!
