We just returned from 9 days at the WL and ate at the AP three times!
It was fabulous! And we didn't plan on even eating there!
From what we were told by the concierge, the AP has acquired one of California Grill's chef's, Chef Mat, within the last nine months.
And you can tell with every succulent bite! Ahhhhhh!
We literally ate it all! LOL
The buffalo sirloin, the salmon, the halibut, the scallops, the porkchops, the filet, the mussells, the salads, the soups, the chocolate desserts.
Everything was perfectly balanced and seasoned, melted like butter in our mouths.
California Grill's filet didn't even match the APs. No kidding.
And the buffalo. I am hooked. DH's scallops were better than the FF! So light and delicate, perfectly cooked with soba noodles.
I can go on and on.....
this place is WDW's best kept secret.
So, I just want to know, to everyone with all the negative comments; Have you eaten there recently?
