First of all, I'm glad that I'm not alone in my constant second-guessing and rearranging of my plans! WDWKOOk on the WL Info thread very kindly told me about this thread.

I currently am going to WDW with DD7 for 12 nights leaving on 06/07 - just two more weeks! I originally "talked" DH into letting me take DD on a surprise trip for 7 nights staying at POP to keep the budget in check. Yeah, good thing my DH loves me so much........

02/13/12 - I booked a standard room at POP.
02/17/12 - I decided to change to a preferred room at POP.
02/28/12 - I decided to add 3 nights (totaling 10) and I also booked WL without cancelling POP - just in case.
03/08/12 - I got caught wind of how awesome the Royal Rooms at POR are and thought that DD would love it. I booked a ressie for the last 4 nights of our 10 night stay. Still have ressies for POP and WL........again, just in case.
03/24/12 - Feeling guilty over the cost of WL, changed my ressie to POFQ for 10 nights. Also cancelled the POP ressie, but still have the POR.
04/24/12 - finally decided to cancel POR.
05/19/12 - Added another 2 nights (totaling 12) to our trip and updated with the airline.
05/21/12 - decided that instead of adding 2 days to POFQ, I would move to a Deluxe Resort.
05/22/12 - booked 12 nights standard room at AKL.
05/23/12 - changed from AKL to courtyard view at WL.

Whew!! I THINK I'm finally done with the changes for this trip! I also THINK that I'm done with my ADR changes, too! We'll see on that, though.

Not changing a thing...I deserve this! DH and I are always so "live within our means" all the time that when we do splurge, we always second guess it...DH won't have any second guessing on this trip. We are all soooooooo excited!!!!

Agree with you all about the pix ... love seeing the kids AND seeing their happy, smiling faces.... and we DO need Jeanette in a photo with them all ....

Thank you for the sweet warm welcomes! I was only able to keep track of the changes made due to my obsessive keeping of all e-mails! Even I was surprised when I tallied everything up. And of course, those don't include all the changes I was agonizing over that never actually put into place.

So true!!! See the lounge breakfasts are PERFECT for my family. We are not big breakfast eaters (I hardly ever eat breakfast honestly)...but cereal, bagels and fruit is standard fare for my girls in the morning, so it's great. We actually only have one breakfast ADR, and that's our typical last day Chef Mickey breakfast.

And technically, yes, I could always still change (with a fee)...but I'm not going to!!! I'm all good.

I think I just looked at the date on the calendar and was like THIS IS IT. It's kind of like I've been playing musical chairs and the music just stopped. Game over!

It's been quite the journey though. I will never book another trip this far out...never, ever again...well, except for when I book April 2013...

I don't eat breakfast either, and my kids eat eggs every morning. Even though I think it's kind of a waste of money. I will most likely do it again. It's really nice, and it does enhance the vacation. It's hard to explain until you have done it. I'm glad you are happy with your descision.

As everyone knows, WL is one of my very favorite resorts so I'd stay there if I was comfortable with the $$$. It is your 10th anniversary. I've never stayed CL so I can't help you there. But if I had to give up something it would be the CL .... can't miss what you don't know. Right???

WL a fave...hmm....and I bet that would especially true for a December trip???

Candance as strange as it sounds the thing I like the most about a deluxe resort is the balcony .... love having my morning coffee and evening beverage out there. Not sure I'd want to give that up???? And of course there are the boats .... and I do love the boat transportation!

You are going to have such a MAGICAL time - agree with our RC family - do not change a thing! You've done all the planning, now relax and enjoy! You have done a fantastic job for your family! I can hardly wait to hear all about your trip and see LOTS of photos!

I find it more challenging when booking too far in advance. I usually do more changing in my head that actually calling, but when it is so far out (like Dec 2013), I could literally drive my travel companions NUTS!! Well, not GG - she is good company and helpful in the RC department!

After staying at CR, I loved the balcony! Waking up and looking at the "World" around you! So breathtakingly beautiful!

I'm thinking of surprising DBF with a quick 4 or 5 day trip to WDW in January or February since those months are considered Value Season. He wants to stay at All Star Sports. This probably won't go through, but it gives me something to do!

So good to see you back with us Hannah!! CR balconies are some of the best - nice and big.,..and I especially love the Bay Lake view.

I'm so glad Pas and family made it safe, sound, and happy!! I loved getting the text at work yesterday!!

Been kind of busy getting June together. I have the flight and rental car booked----and I just can't decide on a hotel. I too weird about hotels and amenities.... but that's why I'm here right I'll be there June 21-26. A little longer than I thought, but flights were crazy for anything less--more time in the sun!!

TR should be back up and running this weekend. I have a half day here--then a doctor appointment to see what the status is on my carpal tunnel. It's still killing me, sooooooooo I dunno.

So I cut a list of 40 apartments down to 8 (1 of them have 3 communities so technically 10). DH thinks I'm looking at 15+, but I want to enjoy a little fun in the sun Shhhh I just need to get away and clear my head a bit with all these changes. I want to try and bust them out, then explore the area and the possible stores to transfer to, do a little shopping, and then hit my happy place

Been kind of busy getting June together. I have the flight and rental car booked----and I just can't decide on a hotel. I too weird about hotels and amenities.... but that's why I'm here right I'll be there June 21-26. A little longer than I thought, but flights were crazy for anything less--more time in the sun!!

TR should be back up and running this weekend. I have a half day here--then a doctor appointment to see what the status is on my carpal tunnel. It's still killing me, sooooooooo I dunno.

So I cut a list of 40 apartments down to 8 (1 of them have 3 communities so technically 10). DH thinks I'm looking at 15+, but I want to enjoy a little fun in the sun Shhhh I just need to get away and clear my head a bit with all these changes. I want to try and bust them out, then explore the area and the possible stores to transfer to, do a little shopping, and then hit my happy place

This is for real?! So exciting! Are you looking very close to Disney or further out? I have some friends who moved there over the the last 3 yrs and some of the apts complexes have very bad reviews, even though they look nice. If you haven't already, might be worth going on city-data and checking what people have to say - a few of those complexes have had bedbugs, which can be a nightmare in apts if management isn't good and stays on top of it. Even the Disney college program apts have had bedbugs. Not fun! So do be careful...you can even put the address in the bedbug registry ...although it would only be in there if added by someone who lives in the complex. I also have a link for the state of Florida official bedbug health code violations and if it was fixed.

Pretty exciting time for you!! Hope it all works out perfectly!

DD, DGD, our pups and I leave for St Pete on June 2nd to check out that area for possible relocation. One of Mia's closest friends live in Seminole and I have a few friends in the area...well 2 are an hour from St Pete, but still closer than Boston to here!

I had a huge post typed out and Lilyana erased it!

Just checking in. I have so much to do to be ready to leave first thing in the AM. I hope I can get it all done. After I finish work tonight I don't have to be in again until next Thursday. Then I work 3 days and I'm off for a week! I need a break from that place desperately. I'm quickly losing steam. Hopefully this break will give me a boost.
