I lost some weight this year and I'm now working on keeping it off, and the misery and suffering of cutting back on calories and increasing exercise is so worth it in the end. I feel so much better, and I'm sure you do too. Please keep everybody posted on your progress---It really does help to hear from others who are going through the same thing, kind of helps keep us all on track.
