Eating smaller portions, especially at night. I've cut back on ice cream, sugar, alcohol, and all the good stuff. For exercise, most of it has been jogging.
I've lost 33 and it's sooooo slow going for me (I've got quite a bit more to lose than you do). I love hearing of other people's successes and what keeps them going!
Way to go, more than twenty pounds is a tremendous milestone! I lost some weight this year and I'm now working on keeping it off, and the misery and suffering of cutting back on calories and increasing exercise is so worth it in the end. I feel so much better, and I'm sure you do too. Please keep everybody posted on your progress---It really does help to hear from others who are going through the same thing, kind of helps keep us all on track.
