He works Tues-Sat and he is usually in front greeting from 8-8:30am until 3:00pm, if you don't see him - just ask a manager or at the bell services desk.

No not at all - I'm delaying giving the book to Art until the end of January - I want it to be special and I know alot of people travel there this month.

Unfortunately we finally got to stop at BC on Friday afternoon, and Art was out sick, as he apparently was for a couple days...hopefully we'll be able to bring DD to meet him next October...

Hello All -

Art has been out since December 5th and going to the Dr's for tests - they have concluded he has pneumonia , he is being treated and needs lots of rest, he might be back sooner IF he feels better but his Dr. suggested he doesn't go back until 12/24.

I thought I would let everyone know.

Oh no, Brenda! Thank goodness he went to the doctor. He'll be in my family's thoughts and prayers. Please give him our best wishes for a quick return to good health. I'm sure his wife will make sure he follows doctor's orders.

I spoke with Art this evening, he said to "Thank You" he truly appreciates the thoughts and prayers and hope they continue. She is very good at making sure he follows doctor's orders.

Hope he gets well soon. I hate to sound selfish but we leave for WDW next week. We were bringing our 89 year old Mum just to meet Art. This will probably be her last big vacation. I have been showing her pictures of Art from the internet and she thinks that he looks handsome in his uniform. I don't think that she fully understands his job. Last week she asked me, "how long has he owned the hotel?" Please let him know that we are thinking of him.

Hello Everyone!

Art still is not back to work - his Dr. says maybe around 1/7/08 - he is still recovering from the pneumonia.

Just wanted to give everyone a update!

Thanks for the update, Brenda. I'm sorry to hear Art is still recovering -- was hoping he'd be all better by now. He's in our prayers. The most important thing is that he is fully recovered before he goes back to work.

I read somewhere else on the boards that Art was sick with pneumonia. I am so glad to hear that he is recovering and will be back "home" soon. We always enjoy seeing him on our way in to Cape May for breakfast. We did some pintrading with him on our last trip. We will be staying at BCV (Art's House ) for our upcoming trip at the end of May.

Continued prayers and pixie dust going out to Art and family.
