We stopped by to see him in December and they told me he was on vacation, after reading the last few pages of this thread, it doesn't sound like much of a vacation
My DS had brought a pin that Art gave him a few years ago, just to show him that he still had it and how special it was

I was at the Beach Club mid january and looked for Art. I did not know he was sick. There was a really nice man filling in there but, of course, Art is a legend.

How old is he anyway? All of these health problems can take a quick toll on an elderly person. I will be praying for Art and will send him a card. He is a very special man.

As of this week - he is still out sick and currently we are not sure when he will be returning to greeting. I think we need to continue to keep him in our thoughts and prayers.

As far as I know......he is back to normal schedule Tues - Sat 8am - 4pm usually takes lunch from 3-4pm.

I spoke with Art last night - he sounds GREAT!!! He is back to normal.

He asked that I say "Thank you" to everyone for the well wishes, positive thoughts, get well cards and prayers".

He truly appreciates them all and believe they kept him strong and positive during his illness.
